The pressure on our clients for each current live event to surpass the previous one is intense. Our Media team alleviate some of this pressure in three ways. Firstly, through designing concepts and creative rationales that pull the event objectives together in a relevant and insightful way. Secondly, through our ability to offer presentation and speaker support to ensure that what is presented to the audience is slick, memorable and consistent with the event theme. Finally, to offer co-ordinating print options which negate the need to speak to another specialist third party.

Video modules are increasingly used by our clients as an innovative way of communicating key messages to their audience. Over the last five years Comtec has introduced web design and production as a service offering in its own right. Working within the media team, our website capabilities have enabled us to assist both new and existing companies with their marketing communications. As well as designing corporate websites, this division also designs and produces event-specific interactive websites which enable delegates at live events to reserve places, pay online and a whole host of additional information that is pertinent to each event. This module of our Media service also enables event reporting to be easily generated in real time.
